RISE

You're Holding Everything Together — But Who's Holding You?

You're the engine. The one who keeps everything going.

You're capable and competent, so people assume you're fine. You bring home the salary, navigate the school run, manage the household, and show up fully in back-to-back meetings — all before most people have finished their morning coffee.

But you're not fine. You're tired. Not the tiredness that sleep fixes — the deeper tiredness of someone who has been driving for years without anyone ever offering to take the wheel.

You carry financial anxiety that hums quietly in the background even on good days. You feel resentment towards your partner who is largely sheltered from that anxiety — then guilt for feeling resentful at all. And somewhere beneath the to-do lists and the deadlines, there's a voice you keep pushing down: I stopped asking what I actually want a long time ago.

Now you're trapped on a treadmill where everyone and everything relies on you — and there's no room to think about your needs, let alone meet them. It feels like there's no choice but to keep going. Because if you get off, how will everyone else survive?

From the outside, you look like you've got it all figured out.

Inside, you're running on empty.

What Could It Be Like Instead?

Imagine a level of financial stability that gives you room to breathe and choose. A feeling of peace and fairness around money — where you can say yes more often, dream a little, splash out occasionally, without that constant background roar of terror.

Imagine real time and space for yourself to think, not just cope. Enough slack in the system that you can exercise and care for yourself without it feeling like theft from work or your family.

Imagine securing a role that genuinely excites you — while having the headspace, support and boundaries to be a present, joyful mum and partner, with a body and nervous system that aren't permanently depleted.

More room to be human. Because the survival of your family doesn't have to rest on you being indestructible.

This Is Your Permission Slip

You've already proven you're exceptional at looking after everyone else.

Coaching offers you something you almost never give yourself: dedicated, protected time to think. A space that is entirely yours. An opportunity to be heard by someone whose sole focus and interest is you — with no judgement, no expectations, just room to name what's really there.

Together, we'll uncover who you are right now, who you really want to be, and where you're going. We'll find strategies to help you carry the weight of your roles more sustainably — and reconnect you with a deeper sense of fulfilment and purpose.

You carry so much. Let's make sure you're carried too.

Ready to Think About What Comes Next?
Introducing RISE

You've spent years building a career that supports your family. But somewhere along the way, your own ambitions got quietly shelved — buried under the urgent, the immediate, the needs of everyone else.

RISE is for the woman who has finally found a moment to breathe and is asking: What do I actually want? Where do I go from here?

A dedicated programme for female breadwinners ready to move beyond surviving and start designing the next chapter of their career — with clarity, confidence, and a plan that works around the life they've already built.

Whether you're craving a promotion, considering a pivot, or dreaming of something entirely your own, RISE gives you the space, the structure, and the support to figure it out.

Because ambition doesn't have an expiry date — and neither do you.

Meet Marigold

ICF Certified Coach  |  Former Headteacher  |  London & International

Marigold Palmer-Jones has spent her career being the person others rely on. As a former Headteacher of an inner-city London school, she knows what it feels like to carry enormous responsibility — to be capable, competent, and completely exhausted.

That experience is exactly what brought her to coaching.

She Gets It — Because She's Lived It

Marigold works specifically with high-achieving women who are done with just getting through the day. Women who are ready to stop running on empty and start building a life that actually fits who they are and what they want.

Her approach is practical, creative, and always led by you. No cookie-cutter programmes. No generic advice. Just a dedicated space — entirely yours — to think, feel, and move forward.

What to Expect

Warmth. Honesty. The occasional burst of laughter.

Marigold has a particular gift for illuminating what you can't always see in yourself — your blind spots and your brilliance. She's serious about your growth, but she knows that lightness is part of the work too.

Sessions are grounded in evidence-based coaching methods and shaped entirely around your agenda, your values, and your goals.
